CANDIDATE FILING FOR PRIMARY 2026 – First day to be able to file – Wednesday, November 5, 2025, Deadline to file – Friday, January 9, 2026
Saturday, April 4, 2026 – Online absentee portal opens, Monday, April 6, 2026 – requests by phone begin
Monday, April 20, 2026 – Last day to register to vote in primary election
Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 11:59 pm – Absentee portal closes
Wednesday, May 6 –Wednesday, May 13 (excluding Saturday and Sunday) – 6-day excused voting
Thursday, May 14 –Saturday, May 16 – 6-day excused voting
Thursday, May 14 –Saturday, May 16 – 3-day early voting
Tuesday, May 19 – PRIMARY ELECTION

Military or Overseas Voters
